On the 1st floor is the south-facing living room with wood-burning fireplace and balcony, open-plan kitchen/dining room, door leading to separate sleeping area comprising bedroom Enzian, bedroom Primula and bathroom with two separet shower/ WC.

A winding wooden staircase leads to the 2nd floor onto the landing and gallery. Master bedroom Edelweiss under the eaves with en-suite bathroom: separate bath and shower units and WC. Bedroom Alpenrose under the eaves with en-suite shower room / WC.

Together with the double bedroom apartment it makes the ideal place for 10 people
