Chalet Huwi Terms & Conditions
The prices shown are for the Chalet 8 persons, respectively the Apartment 2 persons.
When the Chalet and Apartment are rented together for 10 persons, the price is calculated as follows:
During the periods of self catering the cost of the Chalet for 8 persons and the Apartment for 2 persons will be added together.
Any extras will be paid separately.
Special Arrangements must be confirmed in writing.
Legal Jurisdiction is Visp Switzerland

Cancellation Policy :

At the time of booking a 30% non refundable deposit for the total cost of the rental period is required. The balance of payment is due 2 months (8 weeks) prior to arrival at the accommodation.

For Special offers and Last minute bookings, the total amount for the rental is due at time of booking.

We strongly advise you take on holiday cancellation insurance, as a charge for cancellation will be made:
up to 90 Days / deposit
89 untill 60 Days / 50% of the rental
60 untill 0 Days / “no Show” 100% of the rental, if we are unable to re let your accommodation.

Please note that reservations not confirmed by payment of deposit or in the case of special offers and last minute bookings, full payment is required within 7 days of the original booking date to avoid automatic cancellation.
